At Supersox, we want your feet to be happy, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple return process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused socks in their original individual packaging and secure them inside a mailing envelope or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
